Abstract:
SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) and automation in the electrical system is a specialized subject in the training program in Electrical and Electronics Technology of Tra Vinh University (TVU). In this article, we explore and analyze the advantages and cons of traditional teaching methods and apply soft skills to teach SCADA and automation in the electrical system at TVU to improve higher soft skills for students and motivate students to study more proactively as well as help students have more opportunities to express their own understanding. The teaching method mentioned in this paper has been done by the author during the lecture hours for students of the regular University of Electrical Systems major from 2016 to now.
