RESEARCH ON THE REASONABLE SECTION OF NON-CONJUGATED STEEL BEAMS WITH REINFORCED CONCRETE IN THE MEKONG DELTA
Abstract:
The Mekong Delta region with complicated topographical conditions, crowded rivers, weak ground bearing capacity so that it is easy to cause subsidence and large deformation. Besides, it is difficult in the process of bridge construction and height of the embankment land at both bridgeheads is also controlled leading to a limitation on the height of the bridge. On the basis of structural study and theoretical framework of steel beam bridge design, the article has applied to the calculation and selection of reasonable cross-sections of steel beam bridges which are not non-conjugated according to Bridge Design Standard 22TCN-272- 05. According to the results of analysis and calculation with span lengths of 24m, 26m, 28m, 30m, 32m, the researcher has selected reasonable cross-sections of non-conjugated steel beam in the condition that the height is controlled in accordance with the general conditions in the Mekong Delta region according to the intensity limit state one
